Since its founding in May 1988, QUADRITALIA has been run by the Sanson family.

QUADRITALIA’s headquarters and production facilities have always been located in the heart of the Veneto region. The link with the territory is an essential component of the company’s identity and choices: the decision not to delocalise, focusing on a 100% “Made in Italy” production, the selection of “zero-Km” suppliers and the collaboration with local professionals, show its will to strengthen that link by generating well-being in the surrounding area.

It is the deep feeling that moves every action and every thought within QUADRITALIA. It is what drives the management and all the collaborators in carrying out their everyday tasks, aware that only through passion for one’s work it is possible to accept increasingly greater and more complex challenges with a positive and confident attitude.

Production
The entire production is programmed by the engineering department through CAD/CAM stations that directly run the production lines in the shop floor. It is here that off-the-shelf products are also designed and developed.
The sheet metal processing lines use the latest production technologies in the industry to ensure an excellent standard of quality and maximum speed of execution.
Traditional bending systems combine with a fully automatic finishing line operated without any workforce assistance. The multi-station robotic welding station enables complete assembly of enclosures, boxes and consoles with speed and precision.
The entire painting cycle is performed by an automatic robotic system. Equipped with three painting booths, the plant carries out off-the-shelf painting. Continuous casting foaming of polyurethane gasket directly applied on doors and panels ensures maximum water and dust protection (certified and approved) to our products.
In the warehousing and assembly department, the frames equipped with all required accessories are carefully assembled.
Finally, our fleet of vehicles loads the products from our depot in Vicenza and reaches directly the customer’s destination without any further handling, ensuring extremely fast delivery times.
With the introduction of new regulations on the safety of low-voltage switchboards in the automation industry, designers and users are increasingly moving toward choosing quality components and certified products.
Always sensitive to that subject, QUADRITALIA was among the first to achieve the most important industry certifications.
