MONOBLOCK ENCLOSURES

Welded frames for on-board applications.

QUADRITALIA’s AF and AS series of monoblock enclosures guarantee reliability and high performance. They offer a very wide range of sizes that meet all the requirements demanded by the market today.

The two product series available are the AF series (monoblock frame with removable back) and the AS series (fully welded frame).

AF

AF series

AF series enclosures are equipped with a monoblock frame with removable back, door and plate made of galvanised sheet metal. The frame is internally provided with step drilling for attaching cross-pieces and components.

Doors and back panels are common to the OK series. The hinged door with solid zamak hinges is reinforced with an inner tubular frame made of galvanised sheet metal, which allows the installation of cross-pieces and cable trays. The sealing gasket is made of polyurethane, foamed by continuous casting. On the bottom there are sliding cable entry flanges.

PLUS AF SERIES

Ease of use, structural rigidity and great versatility. AF QUADRITALIA’s monoblock solutions ensure reliability and attention to detail, for on-board installations and both indoor and outdoor uses. The option of having a removable rear panel ensures easy access to the inside of the frame, for quick and easy wiring and more immediate maintenance.

Configurations AFB - AFV - AFD

The series AF is available in the following versions:

• AFB – enclosures with blind door and rear panel screwed, mounting plate

• AFV – enclosure with external glazed door and inner blind door, rear panel screwed, mounting plate

• AFD – enclosure with glazed external door and inner modular frame
