The plastic parts are made of ABS UL 94-V0 (nylon reinforced with fibreglass), which ensures self-extinguishing properties.
Filter cloths are made of high-performance nonwoven material with progressive structure made of unbreakable, thermobonded synthetic fibres.
Resistant up to 100°C and up to 100% relative humidity, they have a dust storage rating of 650 g/m2. The initial pressure drop is 25 Pa. They can be cleaned by rinsing, water jet treatment or beating.
The quality complies with DIN 24185 standards. Rotation mounts are exclusively ball bearings for high reliability and long life (min. 50,000 hours at 25°C and 65% relative humidity).
Other supply voltages in both AC and DC are available on request.
Standard airflow is of a suction-type (from outside the enclosure to the inside), available on request as the opposite (pressurized) airflow for filter units with fan.
Standard degree of protection is IP 54 (IP 55 or EMC protection are available on request).

QUADRITALIA has developed a series of devices to control the temperature of switchboards (when connected to fans and resistors) or for alarm signalling.
TMF 341 thermostat (BLUE) has a normally open contact and can be used for signalling temperature alarms or controlling ventilation systems.
TMF 342 thermostat (RED) has a normally closed contact and can be used for both alarm signalling and control of anti-condensation resistances.
TEM 480 electronic alarm thermostat, to be supplied electrically, has changeover contacts and a very small tripping differential (or hysteresis).
Fanless resistors are equipped with:
• thermoregulated PTC
• anodised aluminum profile
• 2x20AWG section cable with PFA sheathing
• quick snap-on mounting system on DIN-35 EN 500222 rail
Resistors with fan, on the other hand, include, in addition to all components of fanless devices:
• ball-bearing fan for high reliability and long life, UL, CSA and VDE approved
• chromed and nickel-plated metal protection grid

The modular suspension systems are made up of elements that can be coupled to multivariable technology. The coupling of the various elements allows convenient and easy cable installation, fast system alignment and the the possibility to support medium-light loads (400÷300 N).
They are made of cast aluminum G Al Si 12 and tubular iron connection. The joints are painted with powders of the standard type RAL 7040 (gray) and and RAL 7035 standard powder connection tubes (light grey). The bellows seals are similar in colour to the light grey RAL 7035. The dimensions of the connecting tubular are 60×40 mm with an opening for the grommet of 54x34mm. The circular tubes are ø70 and ø48 mm with cable openings useful respectively ø62 and ø42 mm
